The bedrooms are split across the 3 floors and all feature their own unique, personal touches. Columbia Heights – is one of Washington D.C.'s most densely populated neighborhoods, renowned for its mix of regal and humble historic buildings. This neighborhood attracts a mix of creatives, young professionals, and outdoorsy types – thanks to its many leafy spots and nature reserves. Columbia Heights is also home to a large Hispanic population, and subsequently hosts the GALA Hispanic Theater and the Mexican Cultural Institute. For history, politics, and architecture buffs, the neighborhood's main street 16th Street is home to many embassies and international organizations.
